одна чайная ложка молотого кариандрапо пол чайной ложки черного и красного острого перцане полная чайная ложка солиложечка сахара50-70мл растительного масла Грибы по-корейски

Ставим на плиту кастрюльку с подсоленной водой. Закипать. В это время подготовленные (почищенные, помытые, высушенные) грибы нарезаем вдоль на слайсы по 2-3 мм. толщиной.Ставим их варить на 5-7 минут.Пока грибы варятся морковь натираем на корейской терке, солим и добавляем сахар. Чуть отжимаем и отставляем пропитываться.Отваренные грибы откидываем на ситечко и даем полностью остыть.лук и перец нарезаем тонкой соломкой.Мелко режем красный перчик, средними кусочками перья зеленого лука и кинзу, мелко рубим чеснок и ставим растительное масло прогреваться до дымка.Как масло прогрелось начинаем собирать салат. В морковь добавляем грибы, лук, болгарский и острый перец. Добавляем уксус и перемешиваем. Сверху выкладываем все специи и заливаем горячим растительным маслом. Надо еще раз перемешать и добавить все, что осталось… кинзу, чеснок и зеленый лукопять перемешиваем.Теперь кладем сверху салата гнет и в холодильник на пропитку на пару часиков минимум.Ну согласитесь, выглядит очень аппетитно и нарядно. Очень удачное сочетание почти «живых» хрустящих овощей, нежно маринованных грибов и неповторимый, чисто корейский аромат кориандра с чесноком и перцем. Мировая закуска. Идеальный соратник к отварной картошечки, к рису или кус кусу. А под рюмочку (чур меня)…  Угощайтесь. Приятного Вам аппетита!
